Kamil is a Member of the Management Board of Ciech S.A. responsible for strategy and transformation. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of BaseLinker (e-commerce integrator). Previously, he served as a Head of Strategy of the Ciech Group, he was also President of Ciech Żywice (until its divestment). Prior to joining Ciech, he worked for Bain & Company (in two offices - Poland and Australia), where he implemented strategic and investment projects for leading private equity funds and industrial companies, including companies from the chemical industry. He also gained experience in the London office of PwC, within the Strategy team. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Cambridge.

Szymon serves as a Director of Corporate Development & New Ventures Department of Ciech S.A., which is responsible for M&A and JV projects, organic development initiatives, as well as for cooperation with startups. Previously, he worked in the Strategy team of Ciech. Prior to joining Ciech, he worked in the Transaction Advisory Department of PwC, where he was involved in projects for leading industrial companies in the CEE region, including the chemical, fuel and energy industry. He also has experience in the VC market (building an investment pipeline and operational support of a startup). A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Warsaw School of Economics.

Marian as the Head of Corporate Research is responsible for innovative projects implemented within the Ciech Group. He has many years of experience in the chemical industry in the field of research and development. Before joining the Ciech Group for over 10 years he worked in a Dutch chemical concern Royal DSM, where he implemented and coordinated R&D projects and dealt with the optimization of production processes. Marian was also a researcher at the RWTH Aachen University and the University of Ulm. A graduate of Silesian University of Technology with specialization in organic synthesis and RWTH Aachen University - PhD in polymer chemistry.

Sławomir serves as a Manager in the Corporate Research Department, where he initiates and facilitates both internal R&D efforts as well as the collaboration of Ciech Group entities with external partners. Prior to joining Ciech, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company supporting clients across a broad range of industries such as chemicals, utilities, manufacturing, and heavy industry. Sławomir obtained an M.Sc. degree from the College of Interfaculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Warsaw followed by receiving a Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry from Yale University.
